How to receive illium 200 rewards

Hi, I just leveled my illium up to 200, and i don't know how to receive the reward to get the unique scroll. I didn't see any gift box on my left side. If anyone can help that would be amazing. Thank you!

    They are supposed to be handed out in a maintenance, sometime after the event is over (so, after January 10th).
