Remove the 30 minute entry limit for bosses

Some bosses, such as Magnus, and Lotus, have a 30 minute limit on entering. These bosses are also extremely RNG heavy, not to mention various bugs that arise as a result of this RNG. I propose the 30 minute entry limit be removed for all bosses that have one, as it is rather strange that only certain select bosses have this 30 minute entry limit, while all others do not.
