Hi,

I believe this has been answered before but I'm just too lazy to search, but does it matter what gender your character has to be to get a specific item?

    No, the items from Premium Surprise Style boxes are random, regardless of your character's gender. However, you can only equip items that are your character's gender or gender-neutral.
