Weekly Haste Bug and Support Quality

So, right now, I hate Support, and I hate the game more than ever, I am hurt, I'm being ignored by Support GMs, here's why:

So, yesterday, I had finished the Weekly Haste quest on a Kanna mule with a bunch of friends, it was fun, we did it quickly, it took effort, but it was clearly worth it, or was it?
I opened the Haste menu to take a look at the box with every intention of saving it till I go on my main, and, what do ya know? IT AUTOMATICALLY OPENED!
I'm sure at that moment, I was more triggered and pissed off than any other moment I've spent playing this game, what made it worse, is our trusted, high quality SUPPORT!
So in the matter of 24 hours, I have sent 2 tickets, and talked in 2 live chats, the tickets were replied to by 2 GMs with the weirdest names I've ever seen, they both said, that "I need more proof! Preferrably video proof." Why would I record something that I never expected in the first place?! And why would I need a video when I clearly have screenshots that prove the legitimacy of my chair ownership, which were more than enough, why would I annoy everyone if it was me who made the dumb mistake of clicking on it while on a mule?! It wasn't my fault! It was a bug! As for my discussions on Live Support? Oh boy, I had to wait for over 90 minutes for a couple GMs with more weird names to decline my simple request! "We have contacted Game Support, unfortunately, we cannot grant your request" Game Support? Oh please! We all know your Game Support is a Magic Conch that yells "NO" everytime you pull its string. Why are you doing this? Why are you being so ignorant? I'm asking you to fix this simple bug, and to transfer my damn chair! Please, Nexon, don't make all my efforts go to waste!
