Demon Avenger Link Skill Not Showing Up

So I made a Demon Avenger and at level 10 his link skill isn't showing up . It says, "You don't have any link skills". I thought the link skill was suppose to be unlocked at level 1. I remade him and still no link skill. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Nvm i figured it out. It worked when i skipped the cutscenes.
