Recharging Balanced Fury throwing stars

Hello. As many of you knew that Balanced Furies can't be recharged anywhere.
It would be great to make it possible to be recharged everywhere just like other stars..

Let balanced furies (throwing stars) be able to be charged in all shops and general stores including android shops. It'd make it easier for those of us with androids with shops. In any event we run out of stars in a boss fight, it would be useful to be able to quickly recharge them mid battle. Or even during training.

Ive grown accustomed to just charging mine at root abyss but yes absolutely. This is long overdue
