Bug type: Graphical/Event issue
Brief bug summary: There is an issue regarding the Wondroid event when I try to go to fight
Scenio (Computer Boss) at floor B4 on investigation mode.
Due to coming to there, there is a case where
there is a floor moving above me after falling down into a pile of skulls.
At the moment I reach there I'm being disconnected from the game and an error message "Unable to connect to the game server" appears.
It's important for me to note that this is the
only case which this DC issue occurs to me!

This issue occurred to me when playing the event during May 2017, too.
I hoped the issue has been resolved already but unfortunately I found that it was not resolved yet here.
It's
critical because it disconnects me out from the game when I have quests in progress. Also, one count of investigation mode entry is lost without being able to use that entry with the remaining time.
There is a chance that everything will be fine and no DC issue will occur, however there is a
high chance to encounter in that DC issue upon doing the same steps I described above.
* It occurred to me playing with
other characters and any level, too.
Steps to reproduce: Enter again to the map and doing the same steps as I described above and in the video below.

It was on other characters, too, like Aran and Beast Tamer. Not only this one.
I just provided the info for that specific character but it occurs on other characters, too. Please attempt to replicate that issue by yourself using some characters, too.

Looks like you ignore my request again to fix a bug!
I've done it several times on Luna and I am just not getting this at all.
Have you repaired your installation?
Well, I will try to do this, but please forward it for further investigation to the game team.
There should no be a reason I will be disconnected from the game due to this.
If needed, I will provide another video using another character I get it on after attempting to repair installation using the Nexon Launcher.
I was about to think it is alright, but unfortunately, it's not.
This occurred to me again using another character.
