Burning Character Bug

Hello! I already wrote a ticket about this but ofc i didnt get any normal answers, only some copy pasted crap.
every time i log into my character or change channels, i get the message "you have logged in with mega burning character etcetc" but the event is already over.. my character is not a burning character anymore...
anyone else having this problem? they should fix it...
