Cadena's pet equip expires and Illium's doesn't

The "Mini Miyo Hologram" for the Ilium pet people received for pre-creating Ilium is permanent. Yet "Bitty Popoh's Ribbon" expires March 6th. I feel like they should change this and give everyone permanent Bitty Popoh's Ribbons. I am a Cadena main and it sucks that I won't be able to use my class's pet because I can't scroll his equip as it will just expire.
