Nyen's Revenge, cannot enter hideout sometimes

Brief bug summary:
Sometimes cannot continue Nyen's Revenge quest after climbing the first cliff, both portals only allow me to leave the quest area

More details:
I did 3 runs of Nyen's Revenge and everything worked fine, but on my 4th and final attempt, after climbing the cliff, the portal into the prison areas gave me the same prompt as the exit portal to the left, asking if I wanted to leave or not. Saying "No" left me on the entrance map, eventually after trying both portals on the map, I picked "Yes" and I was booted out and that entry was lost for the day. Seeing several posts on the reddit about this as well.

Steps to reproduce:
- Play Nyen's Revenge
- Complete the cliff-climbing map
- Attempt to enter the hideout, portal may or may not be broken
