Wonderoid Event - "Subjective Morality" Quest Bug

After I kill the boss, nothing happens. I try lots of times, restarting the pc / modem.
Cant progress or leave the map, have to wait 15 mins or close the game.
But the quest never get "completed" pls fix that so we can get the S1 medal and go to the new Adam / Eve roids S2
