Hidden steeet, Ulrika gang hideout bug?

I searches over the internet but didnt find any help. I seem to be bugged and can't possibly find a way to exit this street.
It's the quest from the Cygnus knights quest line where you go to edelstein and try to gather info about the black gang, "to the hideout". After completing three errands for ulrika you get transported to a hidden street pun the start of the quest. You see 2 cutscenes which you can skip and then you have to beat three black gang henchmen. No problem there,
The stupid part? I can't find any exit. The only way to leave is to change character. And oh the quest keeps telling me forfeit then restart if it fails. But no matter what I do it's like tha by default.

I tried going back to ulrika and the bear like I'm supposed to according to the quest descriptions yet I got the message as if I failed the quest.
Can someone please shed some light on this?
