Magnus and other Debris

Falling debris in Magnus and Tower of Oz room do not show up on my account. When in a party on Magnus the debris shows up for other people but just not me. Also in Magnus when I die a single time I get kicked out of the room (Normal mode). What can I do to fix this problem? It started happening during patch v.192.
