Stupid Quest Won't let me complete it

I'm being a little hasty here with the posting. If anyone would be polite and courteous enough to provide guidance, that would be much appreciated.

The quest is El Nath's Energy. Everytime I attempt the quest it naturally takes me to a cutscene with some brief dialogue. However, all that happens is my character walks to the other end of the screen and stops. Nothing happens. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem and if so how did you fix it?
