Xenon: Overload Bug?

So in this new update, they brought changes to xenon's core overload:

Core Overload: Decreased damage of Plasma Current but increased activation period. Changed MP consumption from percentage of current MaxMP to MaxMP at the time of cast.

However (maybe it's just me), the activation period seems to be the same pre and post patch. Correct me if I'm wrong!
