*A bit botchy bug report since I'm writing from tilted memory, but pretty confident it happened.

Bug type: Game content (quests/quest location)

Brief bug summary: Somewhere between Cornering the Master of Disguise and Retrieving the Sealing Stone quests, a mini-bug occurs that can make you completely trapped if you forfeit the quest.

More details: After you defeat the Master of Disguise and pick up the Gem of Nihal, you get a book (quest complete) icon over your head, but you are not allowed to click it on the map you defeat the Master of Disguise, the map with the Holy Stone, (can't remember if there was a map between Holy Stone and Athena's House), nor in (quest specific) Athena's House. If you forfeit the "Retrieving the Sealing Stone" quest while in Athena's House, the quest becomes unacceptable again (the quest is still there, but it says you have to level 70, which you originally have to be to accept the quest). Once you forfeit the quest, you can't accept it again and you can't leave the house via any means, effectively making you stuck.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get an explorer class to lvl 70 (with all explorer storyline quests done)
2. Accept "Intruder from Another Dimension" quest (first storyline quest at lvl 70)
3. Follow through the quests until you get to "Cornering the Master of Disguise"
4. After you defeat the Master of Disguise and pick up the Gem of Nihal Desert, get the quest completion icon over your head.
5. Try to click it to complete a quest and notice you can't for any of the maps up to Athena's House. (Feel like this is where the bug starts, on Maplewiki, it says you should be able to turn in the quest before moving on to Retrieving the Sealing Stone but you aren't able to.)
6. Move through the maps until you reach Athena's house, while still trying to complete the quest on each map (and failing).
7. Once at Athena's House, forfeit the quest "Retrieving the Sealing Stone", this should turn the quest complete icon (book) above Athena's to a locked quest icon (light-bulb with lock) and the quest complete icon above your head to a new quest icon (light bulb).
8. Try to accept the quest above your head and notice it says you can't accept. Try to accept Athena's quest and notice it says you have to be lvl 70 (which you already are). Try to leave the house by any means and notice you fail.
9. Find out you're stuck.

    Why doesn't the lightbulb above your head work? What does it say when you try?

    Quest can't be accepted here, I think it has something to do with it tping you if you accept and the quest specific Athena's House is a non-tpable map.
