Zero is missing the Ellinel questline

Brief bug summary: the Zero class never received the Ellinel Fairy Academy questline

More details:
To my knowledge, Zero gets every questline for theme dungeons like Gold Beach, Riena Strait and Mushroom Kingdom etc but doesn't receive a quest to start at Ellinel Fairy Academy. This doesn't make any sense and restricts players from obtaining the maple guide completion stamp for that area.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a zero
2) Go to maple world
3) Check the lightbult icon and notice that the ellinel questline is missing. Npc Fanzy doesn't give out the necessary quests in person either

    I don't Zero can go to Ellinel. You get that quest from an NPC at Level 30 and since Zero's questline is mostly in Mirror World, none of the priests in the temple will give that quest.
