Current status of "europe reboot" discussion?

It was stated a few years ago that a reboot server on the European side was discussed. I (and probably many others) would love to know the status of that discussion. Did it end negatively soon after it started or is it still being discussed? I haven't seen Nexon employees or anyone else comment on the topic for a long time. Even if the idea has been dropped as "not happening", it would be appreciated to hear it.

Note that this is not a thread made for discussion about the topic, just to hear if there are any news about it :/.

Sorry if a final answer has been given and I haven't seen it.
