Bug type: Unable to use Hyper Teleport Rock

Brief bug summary: When using the Hyper Teleport Rock or trying to teleport out of Kritias, players receive a "Cannot use item here" message, but this issue was fixed in KMS several years ago in the Hekaton patch. GMS never got the Hekaton patch nor an appropriate Tyrant Glove pricing (why?), and so has not received the teleport fix.

Steps to reproduce: Open world map and try to teleport to Kritias maps by double clicking on the map icons.
