Resolved as of May 08, 2018 v.195 – Lifestyle of the Pink and Beany.
Bug type: NPC, dialogue, text

Brief bug summary: When speaking with the Guild Race NPC Programmer Simon, clicking "Why should I join Flag Race?" repeats the breakdown dialogue of Ranking SP given to guilds.

Date and time of the incident: Monday April 2nd, 2018 @ 7:35 PM EDT.
Here is a video recording of the dialogue bug being reported which occurs between 0:13 and 0:18.
