no 2x event for the 13th anniversary?!

why is there no 2x event in the patch notes? are we really not getting even one 2x weekend to celebrate the 13th anniversary? we really should get one, if not for the the games birthday then for all the god damn unscheduled maintenances recently.........

    I agree that it's sad we don't even have 2x on the Anniversary day itself, or its weekend.
