Brief bug summary: in patch v194 there was a claimed "fix" for the swishing kitty tail NX item. Well, i log into the game today to find it's broke even more! Kinda sad considering it's my favorite cape/tail.

Character name: KingFurry

Character level: 220

Character job: Beast Tamer

World name: Bera

Date and time of the incident: 4/4/2018 after the v194 patch
