Bug type: latency on kaiser

Brief bug summary: theres pauses between attack at bosses even when i holding down the key (not lag or fps issue). also not being able to turn in ingredients at chuchu. Entering cashshop/auction house temporary fixes the issue.

Steps to reproduce: randomly. mostly happened when im doing stuff in a party.

Character name: Crazy

Character level: 250

Character job: Kaiser

World name: Renegades (Grazed)

Date and time of the incident: started a week ago
