job advancement failed

in Bug Reporting
hello im playing a night walker on Bera named NITEoLIGHT and i remote completed the quest for my 3rd job advancement but i dont have the skills available, when i check the quest completion tab the job advancement quest is there. what should i do? i already logged off and on but nothing changed.

    There are 4 quests you have to do to advance, a few of which have to be in that quest map.
