(bruning) Not getting Exp and cant accept quests

my friends burning character cant get exp or accept quests.
she rebooted reveral times with no succes.

what could be the problem?

    What class is her char?
    Certain classes can't get exp outside of their tutorial area, until they finish said tutorial.

    shes a cadena i think.
    she doesnt know how to get back to the tutorial zone.
