How to pick Night Walker or Wind Archer classes?

Hi everyone, I'm new to maplestory and I would like to know how to create a character with one of these two classes.

I wasn't able to find it when creating my character but it is on the website's database.

Are these classes really available?

    To pick these classes, you need to create a Cygnus Knight.
    After the tutorial, at level 10, you will be allowed to choose between the five sub-types of Cygnus Knights, two of which are the classes you listed.
