Bug type: Skill bug.

Brief bug summary: The skill Spirit's Domain doesn't give you its buff if you are in a party but the other party members aren't present in the same map as you.

Steps to reproduce: Make a party with someone not on the same map and use Spirit's Domain.

Character name: FanMasher

Character level: 229

Character job: Kanna

World name: Khaini

Date and time of the incident: Ever since the maintenance on April 26th.
