Bug type: Skill bug.

Brief bug summary: The Hayato skill Iaijutsu Phantom Blade has significantly reduced horizontal range of attack, most noticeably at stage 5. The range loss is approximately one quarter to one third of a screen, on 1366x768 resolution.
