Is there any way to reset AP points put into HP? I know regular AP reset scrolls don't allow one to reset any points put into HP/MP

Can those individual AP reset scrolls from the Cash Shop allow a player to reset AP points put into HP?

    Yes, the individual AP reset scrolls can reset points put into HP.
