[REBOOT] Are fusion anvils temporary?

I noticed that fusion anvils have 90 days duration.
now the question is, is it 90 days for the anvil ITSELF to disappear from the inventory OR for the effect to work on the anviled equips?

THIS IS RELEVANT TO THE REBOOT SERVER!

    The anvil itself expires after 90 days if you don't use it.
    Anviled equipment keeps its appearance forever.
