Hair Not Showing With Meow Hat

Brief description: When I (or my android) wears the Meow Hat (shown below) it covers the hair, and hair does not show. Not sure if this is intentional or not, but the meow hat would look alot better if it showed the characters hair.

Steps to reproduce: Obtain Meow Hat and wear it.

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but i hope its a bug.
