Multiple FREE Leveling Package on same account

There are people trying to sell FREE Leveling Package codes, they are claiming that you can use many codes on the same account without any risk. Could some GM confirm this information?? I would like use the 2x exp coupon to lvl up my main character.

    It would be safer to buy the 2x exp coupon from the cash shop (or rewards shop).
