Bug type: Quest Activation Failure

Brief bug summary: Cannot move forward in The Afterlands as Ashkaya's options do not include the "I would like to move to the next world" option.

More details: I did the first "Last Warrior Standing" fight last night then logged off before changing the sun/moon. Logged back in and had to repeat the fight again, and Ashkaya sent me to the land of riches and Joel's Food quest did not appear. I wasn't able to do any of the Land of Warrior quests and now can't proceed to return back to the Land of Warriors.

Steps to reproduce: Log out before the first circulation in the afterlands

Character name: Dreamstick

Character level: 78

Character job: Aran

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: Approximately 11:00 am CST
