An unopened Nebulite Box gives the same compensation as a D rank Neb, but if you're lucky, a Neb box might give you a C rank Neb, upgrading from a Lv110 Rebirth Flame to a Powerful Rebirth Flame (Master Craftsman's Flame), and if you're even luckier, a Neb box might give you a B rank Neb, upgrading to an Eternal Rebirth Flame (Meister's Flame). At the luckiest, the B rank Neb is the Abnormal Status Time Reduction Neb which will give 4 flames instead of 1.
