Scarlet shoulders are flamable on KMS, GMS plz no!

scarlet shoulders are the only flammable shoulders on kms, assuming gms is conforming to kms, can u plz catch this kms bug and not allow it into gms, if no shoulders are flammable don't let just 1 have flammability all or none! plz check b4 making the official release and disallow flaming of scarlet shoulder plz!

Also if you are gonna keep scarlet shoulder flammable then u might as well even the playing field and allow all scarlet items that normally have a base item type that can't be flamed flammable, so the scarlet ring would get the same treatment
