Visual Bug with new Homeless Cat Set

The new NX Set in CashShop (Homeless cat package), has a visual bug where using a certain skill triggers a white bar below your character. So far only the skill "Parrotargetting" from Corsair 4th job, I've seen to activate it.

(seems like the Homeless Cat weapon is the sole culprit, the other pieces of the set do not trigger it)
