Normal/Hard Magnus Kinesis glitch

Hi!

I am a Kinesis in Bera, and after I'm done with easy Magnus prequest, the normal pre quest did not appear like it should be for other character. Which is the lightbulb of the person in the camp did not lit up. Please check the problem and de bug it.
