No Horntail card drop

I've killed easy, normal and chaos horntail over the last 5 days and have yet to get the card to drop on any of the kills. Ive checked the corners and spammed pick up everywhere but nothing. Not sure if this is a bug. I have a screen shot of the kill ive done today with still no card drop.
