Logged in today, it's been a very long time. Am seeing weird stuff going on but not sure if these are bugs.

1. I can't double click anything at all, tried relogging and stuff. Is there another way to use items that aren't macro-able?
2. A lot of my items lost potential lines? e.g., my cape went from 18% int 3 line to 12% int 1 line? My stats haven't changed, so not sure if this is a UI bug.
