Bug type: in Game/no mob spawn

Brief bug summary: Accepted the quest For the Verdant Flora. Zoned into the map Outskirts of Town. The mob Sanctuary Mytocrystal is not spawning.

More details: I have been changing channels, relogging, closing the client, entering cash shop. Nothing seems to trigger the mobs to spawn. I have seen other Illium players flying around the maps waiting for Sactuary Mytocrysal to spawn. We cannont progress any further with Illium because quests are required for 2nd job advancement

Steps to reproduce: Just zone into the map

Character name: BrutKillEm

Character level: 34 (with burning)

Character job: Illium

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 10:14pm PST

    It's not a mob. It's the crystal mounds/growths on the ground.
