NLC Quiz Quests completion gives a neb box

The title says it all, if you go the New Leaf City (Searching NLC)

and go talk to the NLC mayor if you haven't done the quest he still gives you a Nebulite box is you answer all the Quiz questions (12 in total)

and it gives you a nebulite box where it doesn't open but it just reloads on your equips.

    Not just the quiz, but a lot of NLC quests.
