Bug type: Quest Functionality

Brief bug summary: After watching the cut scene for Too Many Turtles, my character is transported to a room with 2 platforms and a portal, and a guy begins to give out instructions on how to operate a space suit with a 20 minute timer, and I'm unable to exit the portal and am forced to wait the 20 minute timer or relog.

Steps to reproduce:
1: Accept Too Many Turtles quest
2: Watch cut scene

Character level: 44
Character job: Cadena
World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 6/21/18 around 2:30pm CST
