Marvel Machine gives wrong reward

I recently did some Marvel Machine spins, and, as showcased in the images provided, I received the wrong reward for middle slot. There were only 2 rewards displayed (1 Million maple points in the middle, and prime scrolls below them) of which I got neither. I received a reward that was not even in the slot (Winter Surprise Style Box).

In this screenshot, you can clearly see that there was no Winter Surprise Style Box above the 1 Million Maple Point reward. Instead, there was a 100% 15 Star Enhancement Scroll Lv. 150 .
