Brief bug summary: Bounty and Inferno portals are popping up in the middle of CPQ runs

More details: Doesn't seem like you can enter them.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run CPQ.
2. Notice that a portal sometimes pops up (not every run but I've noticed it once yesterday and twice today).

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: June 27 + 28, 2018; ~1:00 game time.

    This is still an issue after the July 12, 2018 patch. Any update on the issue?
