Brief bug summary: Add bonus stats button is missing on zero's weapon ui

More details:
Zero characters created before the ARK update on june 20th, are missing the; "Add Bonus Stat" button in their weapon ui, tried it on 2 zero charcters; 1 already had lapis and lazuli and were missing the button, the 2nd one didn't have lapis and lazuli so i just finished that quest to check if that might be different, but to no avail still no "Add Bonus Stats" button.

*i even tried to use a level 110 rebirth flame to see if adding bonus stats that way might bring the button but again to no avail.


Steps to reproduce:

1. log in on a zero character that was created before the ARK update
2. finish story; cheaper 1, V: Lapis Lazuli
3. open the equipment window and click on the little "weapon" button in the bottom left corner
4. observe that there is no; "Add Bonus Stats" button

    Update: Tried to level a brand new zero that i created after bonus stats / rebirth flames were added to the game, and it still doesn't have the "add bonus stats" button in the weapon ui after acquiring lapis & lazuli.

    This is only a problem in GMS, since KMS/MSEA/THMS/CMS (?)/TMS (?) have the button (well, in KMS it's probably called "add additional options", but it's the same thing at the end of the day really.)

    This button is missing from GMS zeros weapon ui:

    Hi PhantomMasterThief,

    Does seem a bit odd we didn't receive this addition to the Zero UI with the addition of additional options (lots of addition). Looking into this, thanks for the report! :)
