Mega Character Burninator Rewards?

Is the Mega Character Burninator (purple flame) able to get the rewards? I use the coupon on a level 50 character but I didn't get any quest or rewards from star event notifier. On the star event notifier, there is only the '[Ark] 1+2 Level Up Challenge!' quest and not '[Ark] 1+2 Mega Burning Project'. I didn't make a character for the actual burning event (orange flame), does that matter?

    No, sir. They cannot. Only the Mega Burning (not burninator) can get the equips and title.
