Error „You cannot access the game“ HELP PLZ NX

I am really annoyed

I constantly getting the error :
You cannot access the game for the following reasons
- Your Ip is banned
- Server offline
- internet not stable enough

What device do i use :
-Razer Blade Stealth 2017 (bought it 2 weeks ago )
- i7 4GHz 8th gen
-16 GB RAM
- Intel UHD 620 Graphics
- 3200x1800 resolution
100mb/s Internet with a standart 15 Ping

What I‘ve tried :
-Restart Laptop
-Restart Router
-Reinstall Maple to different path (5 times )
-Starting maple from an external HDD AND SSD
- Changed Resolution from 3200x1800 to 1920x1080
-Changed SoScreenMode in Regedit
-Enable and disable in Firewall an AV
-Tried to change IP with a VPN
-Start as Admin
-Start in every compability mode i could do...

NONE OF THESE STEPS WORKED !!! NONE !!!

I build a pc with shitty parts like low cpu gpu MB etc and it worked at first try .....

So why is it not working on my 1500€ Laptop ???
And why is nobody responding to that ?? Google doesnt help, Reddit doesnt help and basically the Internet doesnt help ...NOBODY ANSWERS ..... ????

PLEASE HELP ME ....
