How do I get the mirror of insight... (2018-07-09)

So, I had a Dual blade I never played on (Lvl. 1) and I haven't played in like 3 years. I got to level 20 the part where I advance and I need to find Syl the mirror of insight. I watched videos and I see there are balls of marbles that were in the hall and I tried to check but they weren't there. Could someone help me?
