I do not understand some Sunday Perks.
How do i obtain these?

Can anyone explain it to me? The Storm Growth, Nodestones & 2x Exp coupons? So am i supposed to do a quest or something?

    When items are given out in a Sunny Sunday perk, they're typically available through a quest located under the star icon, though I forget what it's called specifically.

    Also, it's giving out Arcane Symbols in the form of 4 selector coupons, which give 5 symbols of your choice each (thus, 20), not nodestones.
