Summary of bug: The description is missing an actual value (Avoid % reduction), it instead shows x value in the 1st stage of activation; while 2nd stage shows true value ( Avoid reduction)

1st stage shows x% avoid reduction etc
2nd stage shows 90% avoid reduction etc
